Nick Patsio created The Active Boomer after seeing the growing need for people in his generation to stay strong, active, and independent as they get older. After years of building a career, raising a family, and staying active, Nick began noticing some of the changes that come with aging — sore joints after golf, restless sleep, and taking longer to recover after workouts.
Instead of simply accepting these changes as a normal part of getting older, Nick wanted to find better ways to support his health, energy, mobility, and overall well-being. That personal experience became the inspiration behind The Active Boomer.
Today, Nick’s goal is to create a trusted destination where active Boomers can find quality wellness products, practical information, and new solutions that support a healthier and more active lifestyle. For Nick, The Active Boomer is more than a business — it’s a way of life.
